Zach Top was announced as the winner of the Academy of Country Music Award for New Male Artist of the Year. The announcement came from Brooks & Dunn via a congratulatory video. Top was recognized ahead of a sold-out performance in Wilmington, N.C., as part of his Cold Beer & Country Music Tour. His debut album, which shares the tour’s name, is also nominated for an ACM Award for Album of the Year.

Top’s tour includes performances at notable venues like Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium and New York’s Terminal 5. He is also set to support Alan Jackson on select dates of his Last Call Tour and will join Dierks Bentley’s Broken Branches Tour.
