Cardi B is expecting her fourth child, her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, wide receiver for the New England Patriots. The Grammy-winning rapper confirmed the pregnancy during an interview with Gayle King on “CBS Mornings,” following months of speculation.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” Cardi B announced. She spoke about feeling strong and powerful, saying, “Me and my man are very supportive of each other.”
Cardi B has three children with rapper Offset, from whom she filed for divorce in 2024, though the divorce has not yet been finalized. She and Diggs began dating in late 2024 and went public with their relationship in May 2025.
Discussing their dynamic, Cardi said, “Me and him think the same way. We’re never comfortable. We want to keep doing it. That’s how we both are.”
Cardi B also revealed that a song on her upcoming album “Am I The Drama” (released September 19) is dedicated to Diggs. The track, titled “Safe,” was inspired by the Patriots receiver, whom Cardi says makes her feel secure both physically and mentally. “He makes me feel very confident,” she explained. “Feeling safe is feeling confident. Feeling like, you can do it. [He] makes you feel you could take over the world.”
The pregnancy announcement comes less than a day after Cardi B revealed her upcoming nationwide tour, which will stop at TD Garden on April 2, 2026.
