WLIT 106 Radio announces Autumn-Joi Barrett as the new General Manager of WLIT 106. With decades of experience in radio and television, Barrett brings proven leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to cultivating talent and growing the station’s impact.
This announcement comes as WLIT 106 celebrates reaching its 1 millionth stream, a major milestone reflecting the station’s growing audience and influence across the DMV and beyond.
In her new role, Barrett will oversee operations and lead the 25-member LIT 106 team, while continuing to elevate the brand through innovative programming and community engagement.
Barrett will also remain on-air as the station’s midday talent, connecting with listeners Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., reinforcing her hands-on leadership and deep connection to the audience.
