Cam’ron Fires Back at Dame Dash in New Freestyle Amid $300 Million Lawsuit
Cam’ron and Dame Dash’s longstanding feud has reached new heights, as the Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder recently filed a $300 million lawsuit against Cam’ron. The suit alleges that Cam’ron made false and damaging statements about Dash’s businesses, further straining their already tense relationship.
On Instagram, Dame Dash addressed the situation publicly, emphasizing that he never worked with Cam’ron directly. “I never hustled with @mrcamron, he’s a civilian, but he’s messing with my family office and now my wife and two of my sons are uncomfortable,” Dash wrote. He added that he would not resort to violence and insisted that the legal route was his only option. “This is my version of how the Godfather handled Fredo. I knew it was going to be one of my brothers; I just didn’t know it was going to be you, bro. And that does make me sad.” Dash concluded with a warning, “I hope you don’t have any houses in your name, they’re about to be mine.”
The conflict escalated just hours later when Cam’ron dropped a new freestyle, “When I See You,” complete with a music video. In the track, Cam’ron takes shots at Dash, mocking his dental issues and addressing their dispute directly.
The renewed animosity comes on the heels of 50 Cent’s announcement that he acquired the rights to the classic film “Paid In Full” and plans to adapt it as a premium television series, with Cam’ron attached as executive producer. Upon hearing the news, Dash responded with social media jabs at both 50 Cent and Cam’ron. Cam’ron, in turn, claimed he had tried to help Dash secure a show on Revolt, but Dash refused due to disagreements over executive producer credits.
With the legal battle and public exchanges intensifying, the rift between Dame Dash and Cam’ron shows no signs of cooling off anytime soon.
