Pat Benatar Plans Early 2026 Tour With Neil Giraldo

Pat Benatar has announced plans for a new tour in early 2026 with her husband and longtime musical collaborator, Neil Giraldo. The pair, who were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame together in 2022, are set to perform primarily in the U.S. Southeast, with at least one show scheduled on the East Coast. Tickets are on sale at Benatar’s official website.

Benatar and Giraldo recently completed a well-received tour with Bryan Adams and made their debut appearance on Season 49 of “Austin City Limits.” Benatar’s most recent album of new material, “Go,” was released in 2003.

Benatar’s induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame came decades after her debut album, 1979’s “In the Heat of the Night,” which went platinum following the release of the Top 30 single “Heartbreaker.” She followed with multi-platinum albums “Crimes of Passion” (1980) and “Precious Time” (1981), and released four more albums in the 1980s that achieved gold or platinum status. Benatar was not inducted into the Hall until she was recognized alongside Giraldo, whom she advocated for during her acceptance speech.

“I’ve lobbied for the past 25 years to get him the credit he’s due,” Benatar said during the 2022 induction. “I’m sure we would’ve both had success separately, but together is what actually made it happen and turned it into what it became.”
