Foreigner has announced its first concerts for 2026, featuring a collaboration with an orchestra. The tour will include 10 new dates where the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees will perform alongside a 20-piece ensemble, with arrangements by cellist Dave Eggar and conducted by Chick Palmer.
The tour kicks off with five shows at the Venetian Theatre in Las Vegas. Tickets are already on sale.
This isn’t Foreigner’s first venture into orchestral performances. The band previously held two sold-out shows in 2017 in Lucerne, Switzerland, and collaborated with the 21st Century Symphony Orchestra & Chorus in 2018. Eggar, who worked on the original charts with Foreigner co-founder Mick Jones, has collaborated with artists like Paul Simon.
Currently, Foreigner is on a farewell tour with longtime singer Kelly Hansen, ending in November. December will mark the debut of new frontman Luis Maldonado on major U.S. stages. The lineup also features bassist Jeff Pilson, guitarist Bruce Watson, keyboardist Michael Bluestein, and drummer Chris Frazier.
In anticipation of their 50th anniversary, Foreigner is releasing a super-deluxe edition of their 1981 album “4,” which will be available on Sept. 12 as a 5CD/Blu-ray package with newly remastered stereo or ATMOS versions.
