Cheap Trick is set to release their new album, “All Washed Up,” on Nov. 14. The classic rock band has given fans a preview of their 21st LP with the single “Twelve Gates,” which features psychedelic guitars, pop-rock hooks, and Beatles-like vocal harmonies.
What to Expect from Cheap Trick’s New Album
“All Washed Up” will be the first studio album from Cheap Trick since 2021’s “In Another World.” In an interview earlier this year, lead singer Robin Zander provided a brief description of the upcoming record. “I’ll have to send it to you. It’s pretty good,” Zander told cover artist John Johnson. “It’s Cheap Trick. It sounds like us. It’s got some good, bad and ugly on it, just like our other records.”
2025 Tour Plans
Ahead of the album release, Cheap Trick will continue their extensive touring schedule. They have nearly two dozen U.S. dates booked through the end of the year, along with a pair of farewell shows in Japan. Their tour includes a stop at Tokyo’s Nippon Budokan, the venue where they recorded their iconic 1978 live album, “Cheap Trick at Budokan.”
