Treasure Island Las Vegas Joins Accors Handwritten Collection for Global Reach

Treasure Island hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip has entered a franchise agreement with Accor, a global hospitality company, to rebrand the property as Treasure Island — TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Handwritten Collection. This partnership integrates the resort into Accor’s extensive global sales, marketing, and loyalty platforms, while maintaining its unique identity with popular attractions like Gilley’s Saloon and Cirque du Soleil’s “Mystère.”

The agreement marks Accor’s first presence on the Strip, making Treasure Island the largest property in its global portfolio. This collaboration is expected to enhance the resort’s international visibility and attract guests from Accor’s 100-million-member loyalty program, Accor Live Limitless.

Treasure Island recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation, updating its guest rooms and common areas. The resort features nearly 3,000 guest rooms and suites, 10 dining venues, and eight bars and lounges. It will soon debut Ace Dragon Wok, a new pan-Asian restaurant.

The partnership with Accor aims to preserve Treasure Island’s legacy while infusing new energy into the resort, as reflected in the statements from both Treasure Island’s owner, Phil Ruffin, and Accor’s executives. The collaboration represents a significant expansion of Accor’s presence in the U.S. market, particularly through its Handwritten Collection, which highlights independent hotels with distinct character and design.
