PT’s Taverns Launches Largest Progressive Keno Jackpot Network in Nevada

PT’s Taverns is launching a new progressive jackpot program across 65 Southern Nevada taverns, bringing the largest jackpots ever offered at a restricted gaming venue. The Giant Keno Progressive jackpot will debut at $100,000, with a trigger for a maximum payout of $200,000. When the jackpot hits the $200,000 cap, a new jackpot begins accumulating.

This marks the first time a collection of Nevada taverns has introduced a keno jackpot of this size. The program is available on marked bartop machines at all PT’s Tavern locations, including PT’s Pub, Sierra Junction, PT’s Place, PT’s Ranch, Lucky’s, Great American Pub, Sean Patrick’s, PT’s Gold, Sierra Gold, and SG Bar. Players must wager at least $1 on a 10-spot game to qualify for the Giant Keno Progressive jackpot.

Additional progressive jackpots are also available, with seven-spot progressives starting at $7,000 and nine-spot progressives starting at $10,000. Recent nine-spot jackpots have paid out more than $17,000 and $44,000.

The Giant Keno Progressive is already live at 50 PT’s locations, connecting more than 650 gaming devices throughout the Las Vegas Valley. By November 1, the program will expand to all 65 PT’s Taverns, linking more than 820 video poker and keno machines—making it the largest network of linked games in Nevada’s restricted gaming environment.

Golden Entertainment, the parent company of PT’s Taverns, also owns the Strat and operates a statewide loyalty program called True Rewards. Company executives describe the new progressive program as a major evolution for tavern gaming in Nevada, offering more excitement, faster-growing jackpots, and greater community engagement in local venues.
