Oscar De La Hoya Lists Luxurious MacDonald Highlands Mansion for $19.5 Million

Oscar De La Hoya has put his MacDonald Highlands mansion back on the market, listing it for $19.5 million. The property was previously listed in May 2024 but was taken off the market before being relisted in June. De La Hoya originally purchased the mansion in April 2022 for $14.6 million while it was under construction.

The custom-built home by Blue Heron sits on nearly an acre of land and offers 8,954 square feet of indoor space, complemented by 2,409 square feet of outdoor living area. The single-story residence includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and various high-end features such as three wet bars, a hair salon, and temperature-controlled wine walls.

The primary suite is designed for luxury with spacious dressing rooms, a spa bath, steam rooms, an outdoor shower, and a garden lanai. Outdoor amenities include a full kitchen, automated pocket doors, multiple pools including a lap pool, and an outdoor living room equipped with 14 televisions.

Listing agent Zar Zanganeh noted that De La Hoya made several upgrades to the property, including the addition of a game room with a virtual golf simulator valued at half a million dollars. Zanganeh continues to represent the property in its current listing.
