Naughty Patty’s, a new smash burger spot, is set to open at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas on July 28. Located in the Boulevard Tower between China Poblano and Block 16 Urban Food Hall, the restaurant will offer burgers made from a blend of ground chuck and brisket, complemented with bold toppings. The menu also features crisp fries with optional “kitchen sink” seasoning and creamy frozen custard concretes with mix-ins like Oreos or strawberries. Described as a passion project by The Cosmopolitan’s president and COO, Sean Lanni, Naughty Patty’s aims to bring a playful dining experience to the Strip.
