Las Vegas Strip Shooting Leaves Two Dead as Police Hunt Suspect

Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Sunday night on the Las Vegas Strip. The incident took place around 10:40 p.m. in the 3600 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South, near the Bellagio Hotel. Officers on patrol in the area responded to gunfire and discovered two individuals on the sidewalk with apparent gunshot wounds. Despite attempts to provide medical assistance, both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

According to Undersheriff Andrew Walsh, the shooting appears to be an isolated incident involving a conflict between the suspect and one of the victims, possibly related to past disputes on social media platforms. Although the suspect had not been apprehended by the time of the press briefing, police have identified the individual they are seeking.

A video purportedly capturing the shooting has been circulating on social media, depicting a confrontation between a woman and a man who subsequently fires a gun. There is unconfirmed information suggesting that both the suspect and one of the victims may have been YouTubers.

Authorities are actively pursuing leads to locate and arrest the suspect. The police have asked the public to share any relevant information by contacting Crime Stoppers.
