Las Vegas Sees Coolest July Since 2015 Amid Monsoon Challenges

In July, Las Vegas experienced its coolest month since 2015, with an average temperature of 92.5 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. The highest temperature reached was 112 degrees on July 14, while the lowest was 75 degrees on July 26 and 27. Despite the generally dry conditions at Harry Reid International Airport, heavy downpours in the northwest valley caused flooding on July 18. Additionally, the onset of monsoon season on July 1 brought strong winds and thunderstorms, resulting in power outages and disruption across the Las Vegas Valley.
