Fontainebleau Las Vegas Introduces Exclusive Perks and Free Parking for Nevada Locals

Fontainebleau Las Vegas has launched a series of exclusive perks for Nevada residents as part of its new “Locals Only” program, aiming to attract more local guests amid a tourism slump on the Strip. Nevada residents can enjoy free parking at Fontainebleau through the end of the year, along with other benefits such as waived resort fees, dining discounts, complimentary entry to the LIV and LIV Beach venues, and buy-one, get-one-free tickets to the Hall of Excellence attraction.

Fontainebleau Rewards cardholders, regardless of tier, are also eligible for free self-parking until December 31. This move reflects a broader trend among Las Vegas casinos, which have increased efforts to boost business as visitation has dropped about 10 percent year-over-year. Other properties across the valley are similarly offering perks like discounted room rates, free parking, midweek deals, and expanded loyalty rewards to appeal to both locals and returning tourists.
