Celebrity Realtor Ryan Serhant Expands to Las Vegas

Celebrity real estate brokerage Serhant, founded by Ryan Serhant, is expanding into Las Vegas, making it the company’s fourth new market in 2025. The move was announced Wednesday via press release, and includes the addition of Bill Oskilanec, former director of operations for Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty, who will serve as managing broker for Serhant’s Nevada operations.

According to the announcement, Serhant will unite some of Las Vegas’s top-performing agents and teams, who collectively closed over $600 million in sales in the past year. The firm will initially operate out of a temporary office at Town Square while searching for a permanent location.

Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO, said, “I love the state of Nevada, and I couldn’t be happier for it to be our 14th state. Las Vegas is an incredible market and now is the perfect time to bring our media and AI powered, client-focused approach to one of the country’s fastest-growing luxury markets. Our focus is on empowering elite agents, delivering exceptional service, and amplifying our listings to our global platform.”

Launched in 2020 in New York City, Serhant now boasts over 1,300 agents and 100 full-time staff members, and began expanding beyond New York in 2023. In 2025, the brokerage has already entered the Rhode Island, Washington D.C. metro, and Phoenix markets.
