Caesars and William Hill Refund UFC Bets After Suspicious Betting Activity at Vegas 110

Caesars Sportsbook and William Hill refunded losing wagers on a UFC fight at UFC Vegas 110 in Las Vegas after suspicious betting activity triggered concerns of potential irregularities. In the hour before the featherweight bout between Isaac Dulgarian and Yadier del Valle, Dulgarian’s odds as the favorite dropped sharply from approximately -250 to -160. At the same time, the prop bet odds for a first-round finish fell from +850 to +475, and the prop was reportedly removed from the board at DraftKings.

Dulgarian went on to lose via first-round submission, tapping out to a rear-naked choke. His performance was heavily criticized by UFC analyst Michael Chiesa on the ESPN+ broadcast, who called it “an F- performance” and “absolute trash.”

In response to the unusual betting line movement and the outcome, both Caesars and William Hill announced via pinned tweets that they would refund losing bets on the fight. Mobile customers were told they would receive a cash credit within 24 hours, while retail customers were instructed to hold on to their tickets for further instructions.

A Caesars spokesperson told the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Monday that the sportsbook would have no further comment on the situation. The decision to refund losing wagers is unusual and reflects heightened sensitivity to integrity issues in sports betting, especially in cases where abnormal betting patterns emerge.
