Boa Steakhouse is making its Las Vegas debut at The Venetian’s Palazzo Tower, taking over the former Villa Azur space. To welcome the community, Boa offers Las Vegas locals 50 percent off their entire bills through October 23 with a valid Nevada ID.
The menu highlights include tableside Caesar salad, caviar cones, goat cheese baklava, wagyu cigars, crisp Maine lobster topped with Royal Kaluga caviar (exclusive to Vegas), and a Boa private label caviar flight. Specialty drinks include the Espresso Martini Bandero-Style, poured tableside with Bandero blanco tequila and fresh espresso, as well as spirit-free options like the Paper Crane with zero-proof gin, blueberry rosemary shrub, yuzu, and ginger.
The restaurant’s design features light oak and walnut paneling, an abundance of greenery, plush booths, a terrace, and a striking red-lit bar. Boa Steakhouse joins recent steakhouse additions at The Venetian such as Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, while Delmonico Steakhouse marks its 26th year at the property.
