Powerball Jackpot Soars to $1.5 Billion After No Winner in Latest Drawing

There was no winner in Wednesday’s Powerball drawing, causing the jackpot to soar to an estimated $1.5 billion for Saturday—making it one of the largest in Powerball history.

The winning numbers for Wednesday’s Powerball drawing were 25, 33, 53, 62, 66, and Powerball 17.

Powerball tickets cost $2 and are available in 45 states, plus Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Tickets cannot be purchased in Nevada due to state law, but many Nevadans travel to nearby California locations, such as The Lotto Store along Interstate 15, to buy tickets.
