The City of Reynoldsburg is set to host its annual Blues and Brews Festival, offering food trucks, live music, and activities for families.
The event is scheduled for Sept. 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Huber Park, 1640 Davidson Drive. Launched in 2021, the festival is described by the city as a celebration of live blues music, craft beer, great food, and family fun.
Performers include jazz pianist and organist Bobby Floyd, blues singer and guitarist Sean Carney, and Austin and the Syd Experience, a band known for its blues soul funk rock style.
Five food trucks will be featured, including Liberty Kettle Corn and Fresh Fruit Smashers, known for popcorn and fresh fruit drinks. Little Italy Ristorante, Schmidt’s Sausage, Roasters, and Truck Valle Verde will also be present. Beer will be available from Eastside Brewing Co.
Family-friendly activities such as cornhole, Jenga, and Connect Four will be offered, according to a city spokesperson. Admission is free, though food and beverages must be purchased.
Reynoldsburg also hosts other annual events, such as the Pride Festival in June, Tomato Festival in August, and Diwali-Tihar Festival in October.
