Reneé Rapp Postpones North American Tour Dates to Recover From Illness

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Reneé Rapp has postponed the remainder of her North American tour, including a scheduled homecoming show Sunday at Spectrum Center, citing medical advice.

Rapp, a pop singer and former star of “The Sex Lives of College Girls,” previously delayed performances in Atlanta on Oct. 26 and Tampa, Florida, on Oct. 27. The Charlotte concert, originally set for Oct. 29, marks the third consecutive show postponed on her “Bite Me” tour.

“As of right now, I still don’t have a voice. I’m recovering slowly, but still not in a place where I am able to perform safely,” Rapp wrote on her Instagram Stories. “I am so sorry and heartbroken that I have to postpone.”

The Charlotte show is now scheduled for Nov. 7. All original tickets will be honored for the new date. The Tampa concert has been rescheduled for Nov. 4, and the Atlanta show will take place Nov. 5.

“I know the time and effort and preparation attending a show takes. I promise you it doesn’t go unnoticed or unseen,” Rapp wrote. “I’m taking this time to recover and next week, for these rescheduled shows, I will give you the best version of me. The best version of this show that I love so much. The show you deserve to see.”

Rapp said this is the first time she has had to reschedule a concert. “I’ve been pushing through an illness, but my body has finally given out,” she wrote. “My doctors have told me that it isn’t safe to perform due to the need for vocal rest and physical recovery.”

Following her North American dates, Rapp is scheduled to tour Europe in early 2026, beginning March 11 at Lotto Arena in Antwerp, Belgium, with additional dates in the Netherlands, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Her second album, “Bite Me,” debuted at No. 1 in the U.K. in August.
