Lady Gaga Credits Fiancé Michael Polansky for Creative Partnership and Success Amid Mayhem Ball Tour and New Album Acclaim

Lady Gaga, who has enjoyed a sold-out arena tour, four wins at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards and critical acclaim for her latest album, is giving credit to a key figure in her recent success.

In a post shared Monday, Sept. 8, on Instagram, Gaga paid tribute to her fiancé, Michael Polansky, thanking him for his support over the last several years.

“Dreaming up this album, making the plan, building every vision with you – talking endlessly about what we would create and do for monsters has been an experience I could not have ever imagined,” Gaga wrote in the caption, which accompanied two photos of her and Polansky: one backstage at the Mayhem Ball and another of the pair posing in the desert.

Gaga also highlighted Polansky’s commitment to her fans during the tour, writing, “I love how much you love my fans and want them to be happy … it fills my heart with happiness how much you love them because we get to love them every day together. You care as much as I do about people feeling seen in the world.”

In addition to being engaged to Gaga, Polansky has served as a chief collaborator on her latest album. He is credited as an executive producer on “Mayhem” and has production credits on seven of the album’s 14 tracks. Both Polansky and Gaga are listed as executive producers for the Mayhem Ball tour, according to the credits displayed at each show.

Gaga closed her post by calling Polansky a “true renaissance man” and expressing her gratitude for his partnership. “You work so hard with me from dawn till dusk every day living the music, performances and plans with your blood, sweat and tears – to see it through every step of the way this year I am the luckiest girl alive,” she wrote. “I love you endlessly. Having your creative partnership in our art, business and in love is a love I’ve never known. You are my artist of the year. And the love of my life. Thank you for making all our ‘Mayhem’ dreams come true.”

For fans who missed the initial run of the Mayhem Ball, Gaga announced a new set of North American dates for early 2026. The additional shows will include stops in cities not on the original tour, as well as encore performances in Los Angeles and New York.
