Hot 10 Recap – Week of 8/30/25

NEW YORK (AP) — Huntrx claims the No. 1 spot on this week’s Billboard Hot 100 with “Golden,” a driving K-pop anthem from the soundtrack of K-Pop Demon Hunters. The song, which blends cinematic production with Huntrx’s commanding vocals, continues the group’s rise as one of the biggest international acts of 2025.

At No. 2 is Alex Warren’s “Ordinary,” a heartfelt pop ballad that has gained traction on streaming platforms and social media. The track’s introspective lyrics and stripped-down production have helped solidify Warren’s reputation as a rising pop storyteller.

Country star Morgan Wallen teams up with Canadian pop artist Tate McRae on “What I Want,” which lands at No. 3. The duet blends Wallen’s country grit with McRae’s sleek vocals, creating a cross-genre hit that has resonated with both country and pop audiences.

The Saja Boys occupy two spots in this week’s top five, underscoring their breakout year. Their track “Your Idol,” also from K-Pop Demon Hunters, climbs to No. 4 with its high-energy choreography and infectious hook. Meanwhile, “Soda Pop,” another soundtrack single, holds steady at No. 5 as the boy band continues to dominate global charts.

R&B singer Ravyn Lenae enters the top 10 at No. 6 with “Love Me Not.” Known for her smooth vocals and genre-blending sound, Lenae’s track has become a favorite among critics and fans, cementing her status as one of R&B’s most innovative voices.

Teddy Swims’ breakout single “Lose Control” takes the No. 7 spot. The soulful ballad, released earlier this year, continues to climb thanks to radio play and a viral performance clip that has fueled its momentum.

Pop veteran Justin Bieber earns the No. 8 position with “Daisies,” a reflective song showcasing a softer, acoustic-driven sound. Bieber’s latest release follows a series of collaborations and marks a return to his roots as a singer-songwriter.

Morgan Wallen makes a second appearance in the top 10 at No. 9 with “Just In Case.” The single, rooted in country storytelling, demonstrates Wallen’s staying power in both streaming and radio formats.

Rounding out the chart is Huntrx’s “How It’s Done,” another track from K-Pop Demon Hunters. At No. 10, the song highlights the film’s cultural impact, as its soundtrack continues to shape this summer’s pop music landscape.

The Billboard Hot 100 ranks the most popular songs in the U.S. based on a formula combining streaming, radio airplay, and sales data.
