A new Middle Eastern café serving coffee, bubble waffles and desserts has opened in Hilliard.
Al Sindabad Cafe began serving customers May 23 at 4562 Cemetery Road, according to its Facebook page. The café is located in the Hilliard Center, which also houses a Goodyear tire shop and a Dollar General.
The menu includes Turkish and Arabic coffee, espresso drinks, lattes, tea, matcha, smoothies and refreshers in various flavors.
Dessert options feature rolled ice cream, soft serve, gelato, bubble waffles and crepes. The café also offers “sushi crepes,” which are crepes filled with fruit and other sweet ingredients, rolled and sliced to resemble sushi.
The business describes its interior as bright, with white tile, dark green chairs and gold accents.
Al Sindabad Cafe is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to midnight, and Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
