David Lee Roth Returns to Las Vegas Stage with Van Halen Classics

David Lee Roth, the iconic frontman of Van Halen, is set to make a return to the stage after announcing his retirement a few years ago. Roth will perform a one-off show at Fontainebleau’s BleauLive Theater in Las Vegas on September 6, marking his return to the city after more than five years. Despite having declared his retirement in 2021, Roth has shown that his passion for performing endures.

Earlier this year, he headlined the M3 Rock Festival in Maryland, coincidentally performing on the same night as Sammy Hagar, who succeeded him in Van Halen. Roth’s current performances focus exclusively on Van Halen classics, promising fans a nostalgic experience with hits like “Panama,” “Unchained,” and “Jump.” This show is part of his U.S. tour, although it was initially announced without any Las Vegas dates.

Van Halen’s legacy, marked by over 80 million records sold globally, continues to thrive through Roth’s performances, demonstrating the enduring popularity of the band’s music.
