We overthink.
We over plan.
We over-apologize for simply trying.
But what if restoration isn’t complicated?
What if clarity isn’t a maze, but a mirror?
This week, I had to remind myself—and now I’m reminding you:
It’s not as hard as we make it.
Healing doesn’t always require a 10-step program.
Sometimes it’s a deep breath, a boundary, a bold “no.”
Sometimes it’s a quiet “yes” to yourself.
We make it hard when we try to earn what’s already ours:
Peace.
Purpose.
Permission to be whole.
We make it hard when we rehearse pain instead of releasing it.
When we perform strength instead of practicing softness.
But restoration is not a performance.
It’s a return.
So this week, I’m choosing ease.
I’m choosing grace over grind.
I’m choosing to believe that the breakthrough doesn’t need a breakdown.
You don’t have to prove your worth.
You don’t have to perfect your process.
You just have to show up—with your pure heart, your sacred yes, and your Roistering spirit.
Because it’s not as hard as we make it.
And you, beloved, are not as broken as they said.
It’s Not As Hard As We Make It

Don't Quit
