Aespa Announces Second Album ‘Lemonade’ and Massive World Tour Dates

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — K-pop group aespa is preparing for its largest album release and world tour to date.

The SM Entertainment quartet will release its second studio album, “Lemonade,” on May 29 at 1 p.m. Korea Standard Time (midnight Eastern Time). The release will be followed by a global tour that will run through Asia, the Americas and Europe into early 2027.

Later in 2024, “Whiplash,” the title track from their October extended play, became aespa’s first top-10 hit on the Billboard Global 200, peaking at No. 8. In early 2025, aespa was named Group of the Year at Billboard Women in Music.

Along with the album announcement, SM Entertainment also revealed the group’s upcoming tour, “2026–27 aespa Live Tour – SYNK: æ,” with the full title yet to be announced. The tour is aespa’s fourth world tour and follows closely after the conclusion of “SYNK: aeXIS LINE,” which ends at Tokyo Dome on April 26.
