Hi, I'm Jaye Harmon. I'm a proud native of Maryland's Eastern Shore, and my passion has always been music, ministry, and using the gifts God has given me to encourage others. With more than 30 years of experience in radio, I've had the privilege of serving as an on-air personality, imaging and production specialist, studio engineer, producer, and creative storyteller.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Production in 2016 and a Master's degree in Entertainment Business in 2018 from Full Sail University. Throughout my career, my work has been heard on radio stations across the country and was even featured in the motion picture Preaching to the Choir. Yet above all, I remain committed to using every opportunity to glorify God.

In 2007, I founded JPE Music, a creative production company built on faith, excellence, and purpose. My vision is to create media that inspires through radio, television, film, and music while providing a place where artists can discover their gifts, grow creatively, and fulfill their God-given calling.

For me, the studio is more than a workplace—it's a place where creativity meets ministry and where every project is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
