Gospel music has always been more than a passion for me—it’s been my calling. For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of serving listeners through radio, encouraging hearts, sharing powerful music, and helping connect people with the message of hope found in Christ.

My broadcasting journey began in 2000, and in 2001 I joined Dallas/Fort Worth’s 24-hour gospel station, Heaven 97 KHVN, where I hosted The Praise Drive and the beloved Homegrown Gospel Show. That program became a platform to introduce and celebrate rising gospel artists throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, giving them the opportunity to share both their music and their ministry.

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to serve in leadership roles, including Program Director of KHVN, where our team celebrated the station’s first Stellar Award for Major Market Radio Station of the Year in 2011. Later, I was honored to become Director of Operations for Mortenson Broadcasting’s Dallas stations, overseeing programming, on-air talent, digital content, and music strategy across three radio stations.

In 2019, I launched Inspirations with Carmina, a nationally syndicated program created to inspire, uplift, and encourage listeners through gospel music, meaningful conversations, and messages of faith. Today, the show continues to reach audiences in multiple markets, sharing the love of Christ one broadcast at a time.

Beyond the microphone, my greatest joy is serving the community. I’ve partnered with schools, churches, nonprofit organizations, and community groups to make a positive impact, and I’m truly grateful for the many awards and recognitions I’ve received throughout my career.
