Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club Opens at Harry Reid International Airport

Harry Reid International Airport has unveiled its sixth branded airport lounge with the opening of the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, located in a space formerly used as a bus terminal. The new two-story, 4,590-square-foot lounge is the first to be offered at the Southwest Airlines-dominated C gates.

Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card primary cardmembers and authorized users have access to the lounge network. Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can bring up to two guests per visit for free, with additional guests allowed entry for $27 each.

Unique Features and Dining The lounge debuts Chase’s first champagne parlor, offering a bar cart service with glasses of champagne, mimosas, and seasonal spritz cocktails. Food is served directly to guests’ seats. Dining options feature a seasonal menu curated by Momofuku, founded by chef David Chang, including dishes like spicy cucumber salad, crispy nori potatoes, and the signature Momofuku pork bun. Additional offerings include locally roasted coffee from Dark Moon Coffee Roasters, a curated wine list from Parcelle, and a selection of signature and locally inspired cocktails.

Design and Location Dana Pouwels, head of airport lounge benefits for Chase, noted the transformation of the former bus terminal into the new lounge, emphasizing creative use of airport space. Access is located in the retail area near Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, close to Gate C23. The top floor features the champagne reception area, with a staircase leading down to other amenities.

Airport and Customer Impact James Chrisley, Reid International Airport Director, expressed confidence in the lounge’s popularity, highlighting increasing demand for airport lounge experiences. Las Vegas is cited as the sixth-largest domestic travel destination for Chase Sapphire Reserve customers.

Expansion of Lounge Offerings This opening marks the sixth lounge at Reid International. Earlier this year, Capital One and American Express opened lounges in the D gates, joining The United Club and Club LAS. A second Club LAS is located in the E gates at Terminal 3. Additionally, USO lounges serve military personnel at Terminals 1 and 3.

The Las Vegas location builds on the recent expansion of the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge network, with new locations planned at Los Angeles International Airport and Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport. Other Chase Sapphire Lounges are open at airports in Boston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Diego, and New York (LaGuardia and JFK).
