Elaine Wynn’s Las Vegas condo in the Park Towers has been sold for $8.25 million. Wynn, a notable figure in Nevada’s gaming sector and a well-regarded philanthropist, passed away at 82 in April. The condo spans 4,903 square feet and includes three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Built in 2000, the luxury property at 1 Hughes Center Drive features amenities such as valet service, a wine cellar, salon, gym, movie theater, billiard room, vented cigar lounge, and tennis courts.
The sale was confirmed by Anthony Spiegel, the listing agent and owner of Palm Drive powered by Lusso. The buyer, KPC Summit LLC, is based in California, as per Clark County property records.
Wynn’s other condo in the Park Towers, initially listed at $3.49 million, has had its price reduced to $3.29 million. This property, acquired by a Wynn family-associated company in 2011 for $3.7 million, offers 4,903 square feet of space, four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and includes a 350-square-foot outdoor terrace.
