Aldi is set to celebrate the grand opening of two new locations in the Las Vegas Valley on April 24. The stores in Henderson at 621 Marks St. and North Las Vegas at 2106 W. Craig Road will open with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m. and will operate from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. A third location at 7150 S. Rainbow Blvd. is expected to open in May.
At the openings, the first 100 customers will receive a gift bag with Aldi-exclusive products and a chance to win a $500 gift card as part of the Aldi Golden Ticket giveaway. Additionally, the Henderson store will feature a High Savers Room where customers can sample Aldi private label brands and receive Vegas-themed merchandise.
Aldi plans to expand significantly, announcing intentions to add 800 stores across the U.S. by the end of 2028, which would bring its total to over 3,200 locations nationwide. Known for its cost-saving strategies, Aldi primarily offers private-label products and promotes customer involvement by requiring a quarter deposit for cart use, encouraging cart returns to keep employee numbers low.
